1. General Information

This website is operated through Shopify. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

Our cosmetic products for personal care and hygiene are cosmetic products within the meaning of EU Regulation 1223/2009.

Images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to modify the product formulation or packaging without prior notice, provided that such changes comply with applicable cosmetic regulations, including EU Regulation 1223/2009.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable Italian VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

4. Shipping

We ship to Italy and EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As provided for by Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, except for sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery (see our Returns & Refund Policy).

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from improper use of the product. Customers are advised to always read the complete INCI ingredient list before use.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law.

For customers acting as consumers, any dispute shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

For customers acting in connection with their professional or business activities, the Court of Turin shall have jurisdiction.
