Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. We do not ship on public holidays.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country

5. Tracking

You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

6. Damaged or Lost Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the damage to info@radishaircare.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
