Cancellation Policy

Some items available in our store may be offered by subscription, as pre-orders, or through a “Try Before You Buy” option. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will become available soon and is not yet in inventory.

At checkout, we may not collect any payment, or we may collect only a partial deposit and securely store your payment method. The order will then be fulfilled and the full amount, or the remaining balance, will be charged at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled; however, you may request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further details regarding returns and refunds.
