Returns & Refund Policy

Under Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

Hygiene exception: sealed cosmetic products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (such as solid shampoos and conditioners) may not be returned once opened, for hygiene and health protection reasons, pursuant to Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code. A product is considered opened once the packaging or protective seal has been removed.

Even where a return is permitted, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
